Early morning sun coupled with a canopy of spring leaves meant beautiful dappled light. Unfortunately it also meant the challenge of low light levels. For most of my images I value sharp details in my subjects, especially in the feathers of birds. But the need to control noise in this image resulted in a softer, more artistic presentation of this Blue Jay. Hope you enjoy it. I like how it turned out.
